Package with Care
Securely pack the ceramic items in their original packaging, ensuring sufficient padding is used to prevent breakage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned cookware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
